This contry is obsessed with tax and watching what people are up to. When will nr 10 get a life and start passing laws calling for more cars which run on non fossil feuls. At this rate in 10 yrs half the population is probably banned from driving beacuse they have too many points while the other half all drive 30 mph on the motorways to avoid loosing theirs How can anyone allow this to happen !!!!!
